Fan Tagalong Experience
Families are encouraged to travel alongside the team! There are a few different ways to do this.
Option 1 :
Register as a Fan Tagalong full package which will provide :
- Airfare
- Stay at the team resort
- Travel on coordinated transportation
- Attend games and team events
- Enjoy exclusive experiences such as the Luau
Option 2 :
Register as a Fan Tagalong land package only which will provide everything listed above minus the airfare. (Good option for people who have airline miles they would like to use)
For every Fan who registers, the athlete you’re supporting will receive a $60 credit toward their trip.
Option 3 :
Book your own airfare, hotel and transportation. By booking with this option we cannot guarantee you will be able to purchase Luau tickets with the team — However the FGIC is looking into options for securing additional tickets, so stay tuned.
First Step : Complete the Travel Survey
If you haven’t already done so, please make sure to fill out the Player Travel Survey located on our website under the Travel page.
Your feedback helps us get a better understanding of who plans to travel and how we can help support fundraising needs. This will also get you added into communication channels directly with KSA - The travel company we are working with.
Athlete & Fan Registration is NOW OPEN — Please Register ASAP
It is very important that all athletes and fan tagalongs register as soon as possible so we can begin securing team reservations.
⏰ Registration Deadline: April 1st
Please note there is a $500 deposit due at the time of registration. You can also save 2% by paying in full upfront. You can also avoid the 3% credit card fee by paying via e-check. The full balance is not due until July 1st.

Fundraising Opportunities
Calendar Fundraiser
Our “Buy a Day” calendar fundraiser is a simple way to raise money fast! Each day of the month equals a dollar amount (ex: the 10th = $10). Fill the whole calendar and you can raise up to $496 toward your trip. Supporters can pay you directly or use your personal KSA link to apply it straight to your balance.
Deck of Cards Fundraiser
This fun fundraiser lets you sell a full deck of cards for $10 each. Once all 52 cards are sold ($520 total), you draw one winner who gets $100—and you keep $420 toward your trip. It’s a great option to share on social media and get people involved!

Final Note
We will be adding a dedicated section to the website that will serve as our Hawaii Travel Hub, including updates, FAQs, and answers to common questions—so be sure to check there regularly. For privacy purposes we will not be posting the detailed itinerary.
We are excited to bring our Falcon Football Program to Hawaii for this unforgettable experience. This trip will be filled with football, adventure, and lifelong memories.
