One of the most anticipated traditions of the summer and a highlight of the preseason for our players each year.

During camp, athletes will :

  • Compete and scrimmage against other high school programs

  • Install offensive and defensive systems ahead of the season

  • Participate in team meetings and film study

  • Strengthen leadership and communication on and off the field

Players will stay with teammates in the CWU residence halls, share meals as a team, and spend several days fully immersed in football and team activities. Camp also includes fun traditions like the always-entertaining team skits, which are a favorite part of the experience and help bring the group even closer together.

More than anything, CWU Camp is where the team really starts to come together. It’s a chance to build friendships, create memories, and set the tone for the season ahead.

    Important :

    • DO NOT SUBMIT PAYMENT TO CWU

    • During registration, you must upload completed and signed :

      • CWU Liability Form

      • CWU Health Form

    • Once registered, you are committed to the camp fee that will be paid to WHS.

  • Camp Fee : $510
    Fee Due by : June 3, 2026

    This Fee Covers :

    • Camp Participation

    • Meals

    • Supervision

    • Transportation

    Ways to Pay :

    • In person at the WHS Cashier’s Office

    • Online via TouchBase

    TouchBase Instructions :

    1. Log into your Touchbase Account*

    2. Select Your Student

    3. Choose Items At All Schools

    4. Select High School (This step may only be nessesary for incoming 9th graders)

    5. Choose Woodinville HS

    6. Select WHS Football CWU Camp

    7. Add to cart and check out

    *Touchbase Login Help:

    • Current WHS students : email whsattendance@nsd.org

    • Middle school students : contact your school’s main office

    • Fee-waiver families must still complete registration (balance will appear as $0)

  • Turn in the printed and signed hard copies to Coach Maxwell of your :

    • CWU Liability Form

    • CWU Health Form

Late Registration & Cancellation Policy

Registrations after June 8 incur a $35 late fee

Cancellation requests must be emailed to:
Conference.Program@cwu.edu and include Coach Maxwell (cc) at wmaxwell@nsd.org

Cancellation deadline: June 13

Cancellations are subject to $35 administrative fee. No refunds after June 13 for cancellations, dismissals, or no-shows.
